SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at A4wish! We're committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently.
We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or P.O. Boxes.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days)
• Express Shipping (1-3 business days)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and product availability. Large furniture items may require additional delivery time.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
• Item size and weight
• Delivery location
• Selected shipping method
Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (displayed at checkout).
DELIVERY AREAS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available for select items - please contact us for inquiries.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using this number on the carrier's website.
LARGE ITEM DELIVERY
For large furniture items:
• White glove delivery service may be available (assembly and placement in room of choice)
• Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise specified
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
• Inspect items upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us
We will work with the carrier to resolve:
• Lost packages
• Damaged items during shipping
• Delivery delays
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
